Grade	Max	Success
Epic	+10	Always succeeds.
Unique	+15	Always to +10. Then 65%, 50%, 35%, 25%, 20%. A failure never lowers the level and adds +5% to the next try.
Belt, Amulet	+10	Always succeeds; needs its own scroll. At +10, Substance Morph to the next grade.
Clash Rune	+10	80% at +2 falling to 10% at +10. A failure drops one level.

Extracting an enhanced item refunds all its Enhance Stones. Kinah, Manastones and Theostones are lost.
Gear Transfer moves enhancement to a new Unique piece. Both must be Soul Bound, and it costs a Transfer Stone.
Past +15, Unique gear from item level 54 can take Amplified Enhancement with Amplify Stones.
